Penelope's Father has only appeared once withPenelope's Mother on Episode 8 of the Amanda Show. He has the same sort of personality has Penelope's Mother , Penelope Taynt and Preston Taynt . Except he doesn't look like them. However, he does say please at the end of every sentence. As they all do.
